Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا أَنْعَمَ اللهُ عَلَى عَبْدٍ نِعْمَةً، إِلَّا وَهُوَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرَى أَثَرَهَا عَلَيْهِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated marfu‘an from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah Almighty likes that the effects of His blessings be seen upon His servant.
