حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (١) : " مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلَا صَرْفٌ، (٢)، ، وَالْمَدِينَةُ حَرَامٌ (١) ، فَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلًا وَلَا صَرْفًا، وَذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ، يَسْعَى بِهَا أَدْنَاهُمْ فَمَنْ أَخْفَرَ مُسْلِمًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلَا صَرْفٌ" (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever starts calling someone other than his master as his master, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will not accept any obligatory or voluntary act from him. And the responsibility of all Muslims is the same; if an ordinary person grants protection to someone, it should be respected. Whoever breaks the protection granted by a Muslim, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. On the Day of Resurrection, none of his obligatory or voluntary acts will be accepted. Madinah Munawwarah is a sanctuary; whoever introduces an innovation in it or gives refuge to an innovator, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will not accept any obligatory or voluntary worship from him.
