حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ إِذَا رَجَعَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ أَنْ يَجِدَ ثَلَاثَ خَلِفَاتٍ عِظَامٍ سِمَانٍ؟ "، قَالَ: قُلْنَا: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " فَثَلَاثُ آيَاتٍ يَقْرَؤُهُنَّ فِي الصَّلَاةِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْهُنَّ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Does any one of you like that he should return to his family with three healthy, pregnant she-camels?" The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) said, "Yes (everyone would like that)." The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever recites thirty verses of the Noble Qur'an in prayer, for him those three verses are better than three pregnant she-camels."
