Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Do not harbor malice, envy, deceit, or sever ties of kinship with one another, and O servants of Allah, be brothers among yourselves. And let no townsman sell for a villager, and do not meet traders outside (the city) to buy their goods before they reach the market. Whoever buys a goat and then finds that its udder is tied, he may return it with a sa’ (measure) of dates. No man should send a marriage proposal over his brother’s proposal, nor should he sell over his brother’s sale, and no woman should demand the divorce of her sister (whether real or religious) so that she may gather what is in her sister’s bowl or vessel for herself; rather, let her marry, for her sustenance is also the responsibility of Allah.
