حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ، طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated with the same chain of transmission that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever seizes someone’s land unjustly, on the Day of Resurrection a collar made from a piece of it from the seven earths will be placed around his neck.
