حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا تَلَقَّوْا السِّلَعَ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: None of you should sell over the sale of another, nor should a townsman become a seller for a villager, do not deceive one another, and do not go out to meet traders outside (the city) to buy goods from them.
