حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: " كَانَ صَدَاقُنَا إِذْ كَانَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَشْرَ أَوَاقٍ، وَطَبَّقَ بِيَدَيْهِ، وَذَلِكَ أَرْبَعُ مِائَةٍ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that as long as the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) was among us, our dowry was ten uqiyah of silver, and he joined his hands to show this. This amounts to a total of four hundred dirhams.
