حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، قَالَ:، ، قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ: " أَلا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ، هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا؟ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثُمَّ عُمَرُ، ثُمَّ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Abu Juhaifah said:
‘Ali bin Abi Talib (رضي الله عنه) said: Shall I not tell you of the best of this ummah after its Prophet (ﷺ)? Abu Bakr, then `Umar, then another man.
