حَدَّثَنَا الْخُزَاعِيُّ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَخْنَسِيِّ، عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا، ، بَيْنَ النَّاسِ، فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ "، حَدَّثَنَاه بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، وَالْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever is made a judge among the people, it is as if he has been slaughtered without a knife. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
