حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ الْكِنَانِيُّ، عَنْ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، قَالَ: " مَسَحَ عَلِيٌّ رَأْسَهُ فِي الْوُضُوءِ حَتَّى أَرَادَ أَنْ يَقْطُرَ، وَقَالَ: هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ " (٢)، •
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Zirr bin Hubaish said:
`Ali (رضي الله عنه) wiped his head in wudoo` until it was about to start dripping, and he said: This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do wudoo’.
