حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ يَعْنِي الطَّيَالِسِيَّ، حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى السُّلَمِيُّ الدَّقِيقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَاسِعٍ، عَنْ سُمَيْرِ (٣) بْنِ نَهَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: لَوْ أَنَّ عبيدِي (٤) أَطَاعُونِي، لَأَسْقَيْتُهُمُ الْمَطَرَ بِاللَّيْلِ، وَأَطْلَعْتُ عَلَيْهِمُ الشَّمْسَ بِالنَّهَارِ، وَلَمَا (٥) أَسْمَعْتُهُمْ صَوْتَ الرَّعْدِ " (٦)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Allah Almighty says, "If My servants begin to obey Me, I will satiate them with rain at night, make the sun shine upon them during the day, and will not let them hear the thunder of the clouds."
