حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، سَمِعْتُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنَ أُمَيَّةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: ثَلَاثَةٌ أَنَا خَصْمُهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ كُنْتُ خَصْمَهُ خَصَمْتُهُ: رَجُلٌ أَعْطَى بِي ثُمَّ غَدَرَ، وَرَجُلٌ بَاعَ حُرًّا فَأَكَلَ ثَمَنَهُ، وَرَجُلٌ اسْتَأْجَرَ أَجِيرًا فَاسْتَوْفَى مِنْهُ وَلَمْ يُوَفِّهِ أَجْرَهُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah Almighty says, "There are three types of people for whom I will be an opponent on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever I oppose, I will prevail over him: First, the person who makes a promise with Me and then deceives Me (breaks the promise); second, the person who sells a free man and consumes his price; and third, the person who hires someone for work, takes full work from him, but does not give him his due wages."
