حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي،، ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ، وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ، وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ، ثُمَّ قَدْ حُرِّمَ عَلَيَّ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establish prayer, and pay zakat. After that, they will have protected their lives and property from me, and their reckoning is with Allah.
