Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When a slave obeys both Allah and his master, he receives double reward for every deed. The narrator says that when Abu Rafi’ was set free, he began to weep. Someone asked him the reason for his weeping, so he said: I used to receive two rewards, but now one of them has ended.
