حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " إِذَا بَاتَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَفِي يَدِهِ غَمَرٌ، فَأَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ، فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever has traces of grease on his hands and goes to sleep without washing them, and as a result something harms him, then he should blame only himself (for not washing his hands before sleeping).
