حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَلْحَلَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَا يُصِيبُ الْمَرْءَ الْمُسْلِمَ مِنْ نَصَبٍ، وَلَا وَصَبٍ، وَلَا هَمٍّ، وَلَا حُزْنٍ، وَلَا غَمٍّ، وَلَا أَذًى، حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةَ يُشَاكُهَا، إِلَّا كَفَّرَ اللهُ عَنْهُ بِهَا مِنْ خَطَايَاهُ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whatever worry, hardship, sorrow, grief, or pain afflicts a Muslim, even if a thorn pricks him, Allah expiates his sins in return for it.
