Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When the prayer of a slave is accounted for and there is some deficiency in it, he will be asked, "Why did you fall short in it?" He will say, "O Lord, You had placed a master over me who kept me from prayer." Allah will say, "I saw you stealing from his wealth for yourself, so could you not have stolen some of his time for your own prayer?" In this way, the argument will be completed against him.
