Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: O people! Allah is pure and accepts only that which is pure, and He has commanded the general Muslims with the same command that He gave to the prophets. Thus, it is stated: O Messengers! Eat of the pure things and do righteous deeds; surely I am aware of what you do. And He said: O you who believe! Eat of the pure things We have provided for you. Then the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) mentioned a man who, after a long journey, comes with disheveled hair, covered in dust, raising his hands towards the sky and saying, "O Lord, O Lord," while his food is unlawful, his drink is unlawful, his clothing is unlawful, and he is nourished with unlawful things—so how can his supplication be accepted?
