حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَيُّ النَّاسِ أَحَقُّ مِنِّي بِحُسْنِ الصُّحْبَةِ؟ قَالَ: " أُمُّكَ "، قَالَ: ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ: " ثُمَّ أُمُّكَ "، قَالَ: ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ: " ثُمَّ أُمُّكَ "، قَالَ: ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ: " ثُمَّ أَبُوكَ (١) " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man presented this question in the court of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): "Who among the people is most deserving of my good companionship?" He replied, "Your mother." He asked, "Then who?" He replied, "Your mother." He asked, "Then who?" He replied, "Your mother." He asked, "Then who?" He replied, "Your father."
