حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى أَنْ يَشْرَبَ الرَّجُلُ قَائِمًا، وَعَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ، وَأَنْ يَمْنَعَ الرَّجُلُ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَضَعَ خَشَبَةً فِي حَائِطِهِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade drinking water while standing, drinking water by putting the mouth to a waterskin, and forbade a neighbor from preventing his neighbor from placing wood on his wall.
