Original Arabic
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " بَيْنَمَا أَنَا نَائِمٌ أُوتِيتُ (٢) بِخَزَائِنِ، ، الْأَرْضِ، فَوُضِعَ فِي يَدَيَّ سِوَارَانِ (١) مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، فَكَبُرَا عَلَيَّ وَأَهَمَّانِي، فَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ: أَنِ انْفُخْهُمَا، فَنَفَخْتُهُمَا فَذَهَبَا، فَأَوَّلْتُهُمَا الْكَذَّابَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ أَنَا بَيْنَهُمَا: صَاحِبُ صَنْعَاءَ، وَصَاحِبُ الْيَمَامَةِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
And the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: Once I was sleeping, and during that time the treasures of the earth were brought to me, and two gold bangles were placed on my both hands. They were very burdensome to me, so revelation came to me that I should blow on them. So I blew on them, and they disappeared. I interpreted this as referring to the two great liars between whom I am, that is, the one from Sana'a (Aswad Ansi) and the one from Yamama (Musaylimah the Liar).
