Original Arabic
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا، فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ وَرَآهَا النَّاسُ، آمَنُوا أَجْمَعُونَ، وَذَلِكَ حِينَ {لَا يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا} [الأنعام: ١٥٨] " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
And the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: The Hour will not be established until the sun rises from the west. When the sun rises from the west and the people see it, they will all believe in Allah, but at that time, the faith of a person will not benefit him who had not believed before or who had not earned any good through his faith.
