Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى رَجُلًا مُضْطَجِعًا عَلَى بَطْنِهِ، فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ هَذِهِ ضِجْعَةٌ لَا يُحِبُّهَا اللهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) saw a man lying on his stomach. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "This way of lying is such that Allah does not like it."
