حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، وَعَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ (١) ، عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " تَخْرُجُ الدَّابَّةُ وَمَعَهَا عَصَا مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ، وَخَاتَمُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ، فَتَخْطِمُ الْكَافِرَ - قَالَ عَفَّانُ: أَنْفَ الْكَافِرِ - بِالْخَاتَمِ، وَتَجْلُو وَجْهَ الْمُؤْمِنِ بِالْعَصَا، حَتَّى إِنَّ أَهْلَ الْخِوَانِ لَيَجْتَمِعُونَ عَلَى خِوَانِهِمْ، فَيَقُولُ هَذَا: يَا مُؤْمِنُ، وَيَقُولُ هَذَا: يَا كَافِرُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Near the Day of Judgment, the Beast of the Earth (Dabbat al-Ard) will emerge, with the staff of Musa (peace be upon him) and the ring of Sulaiman (peace be upon him). It will mark the nose of the disbeliever with the ring and will brighten the face of the believer with the staff, until people will gather at one table and will call each other, "O believer" and "O disbeliever."
