حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ رِجَالٌ مِمَّنْ حَوْلَ الْمَسْجِدِ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ فِي الْجَمِيعِ، أَوْ لَأُحَرِّقَنَّ حَوْلَ بُيُوتِهِمْ بِحُزَمِ الْحَطَبِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Those people living around the mosque who do not come for the Isha prayer should refrain from abandoning the prayer, otherwise I will gather bundles of wood at their houses and set them on fire.
