حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " كُلُّ صَلَاةٍ لَا يُقْرَأُ فِيهَا بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ، فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ، ثُمَّ هِيَ خِدَاجٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Any prayer in which Surah Al-Fatiha is not recited is incomplete, incomplete.
