حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا (١) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ:، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا جَاءَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، تَطْلُبُ مِيرَاثَهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالا: إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِنِّي لَا أُورَثُ " (٢) .،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that Fatimah came to Abu Bakr and 'Umar to ask for her inheritance from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). They said:
We heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “I am not to be inherited from.`
