Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، عَنْ ابْنِ ثَوْبَانَ (١) ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنَّهُ تَوَضَّأَ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) once, while performing ablution, washed each of his limbs of ablution only twice.
