Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we were in the mosque with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). When the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) stood up, we also stood up. Meanwhile, a Bedouin came and said, "O Muhammad (ﷺ), give me something." The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No, I seek forgiveness from Allah." Hearing this, he grabbed the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) from behind and pulled him, causing scratches on his blessed body. The noble companions (may Allah be pleased with them) wanted to catch him and punish him, but the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Leave him." Then the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) gave him something. In fact, these words "No, I seek forgiveness from Allah" were words of oath from the Noble Prophet (ﷺ).
