حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ يَعْنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَدَّ مَاعِزَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ، أَمَرَ بِهِ فَرُجِمَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Malik Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) sent Ma'iz bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) back three times, then when he came the fourth time, he ordered him to be stoned.
