حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَامَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَبَالَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَتَنَاوَلَهُ النَّاسُ، فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " دَعُوهُ، فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَلَى بَوْلِهِ سَجْلَ مَاءٍ، أَوْ ذَنُوبًا مِنْ مَاءٍ، فَإِنَّمَا بُعِثْتُمْ مُيَسِّرِينَ، وَلَمْ تُبْعَثُوا مُعَسِّرِينَ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a Bedouin came to the Prophet’s Mosque and began to urinate in the mosque. The people quickly rushed towards him. Seeing this, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Leave him alone. You have been sent to make things easy, not to make things difficult." Pour a bucket of water over the place where he urinated.
