حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ بَنِي غِفَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَقَدْ أَعْذَرَ اللهُ إِلَى عَبْدٍ أَحْيَاهُ حَتَّى بَلَغَ سِتِّينَ أَوْ سَبْعِينَ سَنَةً، لَقَدْ أَعْذَرَ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ (٢) ، لَقَدْ أَعْذَرَ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah Almighty completes the excuse of that servant to whom Allah has granted sixty or seventy years of life; Allah completes his excuse, Allah completes his excuse.
