حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: كَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَيْرُ نِسَاءٍ رَكِبْنَ الْإِبِلَ، صَالِحُ (١) نِسَاءِ قُرَيْشٍ، أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ فِي صِغَرِهِ، وَأَرْعَاهُ لِزَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ " قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: " وَلَمْ تَرْكَبْ مَرْيَمُ بَعِيرًا قَطُّ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The best women who ride camels are the women of Quraysh, who are most compassionate to their children in childhood and are the greatest protectors of their husbands’ honor. Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that Maryam (peace be upon her) never rode a camel.
