حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يَزِيدُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ، وَلَا تَسْأَلُ امْرَأَةٌ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: No townsman should sell the goods of a villager; do not deceive in trade; no man should bid over his brother's sale; no man should send a marriage proposal over his brother's proposal; and no woman should demand the divorce of her sister (whether real or religious sister).
