حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ أَكَلَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ - يَعْنِي الثُّومَ - فَلَا يُؤْذِينَا (٢) فِي مَسْجِدِنَا " وَقَالَ فِي مَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ: " فَلَا يَقْرَبَنَّ مَسْجِدَنَا، وَلَا يُؤْذِينَا (٣) بِرِيحِ الثُّومِ " (٤)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever eats from this tree (garlic) should not harm us in our mosque.
