حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ (١) عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيَّ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً، كَتَبَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُ بِهَا عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
In the copy available to us, there is no hadith or its chain of narration present here; only the word "haddathana" is written. And in the footnote, it is explained as follows: In some copies of Musnad Ahmad, this error has occurred that the scribes took the chain of narration of hadith number 7553 and placed upon it the text of hadith number 7551, which is incorrect.
