حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ خِلَاسِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنِ اشْتَرَى لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً، أَوْ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً، فَحَلَبَهَا، فَهُوَ بِأَحَدِ (١) النَّظَرَيْنِ: بِالْخِيَارِ إِلَى أَنْ يَحُوزَهَا، أَوْ يَرُدَّهَا وَإِنَاءً مِنْ طَعَامٍ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever buys a she-camel or a goat whose teats have been tied (to deceive the buyer), then he has the choice of two options, whichever is better for him: either he keeps the animal with himself (and settles the matter), or he returns the animal to the owner and gives a vessel of wheat along with it.
