حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، فَلَمْ تَفُتْهُ، وَمَنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، فَلَمْ تَفُتْهُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever performs one rak'ah of the Fajr prayer before sunrise, his prayer is not missed, and whoever performs one rak'ah of the Asr prayer before sunset, his prayer is also not missed.
