حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: حَفِظْتُهُ (٢) عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَهُ، ، عَنْ ضَمْضَمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْأَسْوَدَيْنِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ: الْعَقْرَبِ وَالْحَيَّةِ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) has commanded that even during prayer, two black things may be killed, that is, the snake and the scorpion.
