حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ - قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ: قَالَ أَبِي: " سَمِعْتُهُ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ مِنْ سُفْيَانَ " وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: مَنْ قَامَ - وَمَنْ قَامَ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever fasts during Ramadan with faith and seeking reward, all his past sins will be forgiven. My father says that I heard this hadith from Sufyan four times, and in it there is also this addition: Whoever stands (in prayer) during the Night of Qadr with faith and seeking reward, all his past sins will be forgiven.
