حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا، فِي خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ، أَوْ مَا فِي دُونِ خَمْسَةٍ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) permitted the sale of 'Araya, that is, the sale by estimation of five wasqs or more.
