Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَلَى أَنْقَابِ الْمَدِينَةِ مَلَائِكَةٌ، لَا يَدْخُلُهَا الدَّجَّالُ وَلَا الطَّاعُونُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: There are angels guarding the entrances of Madinah Munawwarah, therefore Dajjal or plague cannot enter here.
