حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ كُلَّمَا خَفَضَ وَرَفَعَ، وَيَقُولُ: " إِنِّي أَشْبَهُكُمْ صَلَاةً بِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

Abu Salamah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that whenever Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) would bow or raise his head during prayer, he would say the takbeer, and he would say: "I am the most similar to the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) among you in prayer."
