حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا (٢) عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: " جَهَّزَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاطِمَةَ فِي خَمِيلٍ، وَقِرْبَةٍ، وَوِسَادَةِ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهَا إِذْخِرٌ " قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ: لِيفٌ (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave Fatimah (رضي الله عنها) a trousseau of a velvet garment, a waterskin and a leather pillow stuffed with idhkhir. Abu Sa’eed said: Palm fibres.
