حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: نَادَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: أَيُصَلِّي أَحَدُنَا فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ؟ قَالَ: " أَوَكُلُّكُمْ يَجِدُ ثَوْبَيْنِ؟ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a person called out and asked the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), "Can any one of us pray in a single garment?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "Does each one of you have two garments?"
