حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِمَّنْ سِوَاهُ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "If a man is declared bankrupt and someone finds his own property with him in its original form, then he has a greater right to that property than others."
