حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى أَنَّ الْعَقْلَ مِيرَاثٌ بَيْنَ وَرَثَةِ الْقَتِيلِ عَلَى فَرَائِضِهِمْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) gave this ruling: "The blood money shall be distributed among the heirs of the murdered person according to their respective shares."
