حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، وَسَعْدٌ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ، يَعْنِي مُحَمَّدًا، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave this ruling: "There is no validity of shighar (exchange marriage) in Islam."
