حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا قَرَنَ خَشْيَةَ أَنْ يُصَدَّ عَنِ الْبَيْتِ، وَقَالَ: " إِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ حَجَّةٌ فَعُمْرَةٌ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) combined Hajj and Umrah because he feared that he might be prevented from going to the House of Allah, and he (ﷺ) said: "If Hajj does not take place, then we will perform Umrah only."
