حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَجْلَانَ (٢) ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ (٣) فِي بَيْعَةٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ، وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ " (٤)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade two sales in one transaction, the sale and credit of something that has not yet entered into guarantee, and the sale of something that is not in your possession.
